Dr. Dozier Hood is an Atlanta native and graduate of The Westminster Schools. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his surgery internship at Emory, followed by residency in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery at Georgetown University. He has been in private practice since 1997, and joined ENT of Georgia in 2002. Dr. Hood is board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and also board certified in Sleep Medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Hood’s sees adults and children for disorders of the ear, nose and throat, with special interest in sinus disease and allergy, as well as sleep apnea and snoring and other sleep disorders. He is experienced in office and OR based surgery procedures including balloon sinuplasty.
Dr. Hood is married and the proud father of triplet boys.
Dr. Hood is accepting new patients and sees patients in the Fayetteville office of ENT of Georgia.
